We will be having foundation work done on our house that will require the deck to be removed. We would like to replace it with a new one. The current one is 14x10 and because of the slant of our property, it is about 5 feet off the ground. Hi, Need a wood, floating deck of 20'x30' and a gangway that runs about 12' from dry land.... Also need a 21'x21' deck that will be 8' on dry land and the rest over water (this one is non-floating) We're looking for a nice wood finish that's not very expensive.
